"You are what you eat" Is this saying true?

FAT!!

Could be our biggest enemy in tackling day to day over health issues. Why?

Because people these days love that juiciness in fast foods,



that crunchy salty taste in packed snacks which contains a high percentage of fat due to deep fried styles or even in baked styles.




Or that greasy filled doughnut after deep
fried in a sea full of oil. That indulging chocolate filled icing
that covers outer layers of that vanilla
flavored wet oiled dough.


Or maybe that morning heavy breakfast with rice and those luscious crispy skins that wollop your mouth in many crackling sounds


Or the wonders in the sweetness of those irresistable soft mouth watering chocolates and creamed filled succulence in between fluffy sponge rolls

Which in the end, it will only end up like



and gain plenty of this
So what choice should you do?

Choose the right way of eating to a
healthy and strong heart by eating
a fruitful, light breakfast
and protein shakes

Eating the freshest of
Produce and the juiciest of
seasoned fruits
and become healthy and beautiful


Enhance appeal and confidence

Choose your life. Live what god has given you to love. Its you're choice....




BUT NOT TOO MUCH Or end up like this

I guess it is true, You are what you eat!

Yes, we are what we eat. I definitely agree with this one. But sometimes, breaking the rules once in awhile is not really that bad.
