12 Ways To Overcome Hangovers

1. Only drink below 50g of alcahol.Even heavy drinkers have a limit because drinking gives a damage to the liver.The right amount of alcohol can help improve heart disease. The right amount is about 30g to 50g a day.To calculate it you must (Amount of alcohol * percentage of alcolhol)For example: 7.5 glass of beer, 2 shots of whisky, 5 shots of sogu is the best amount!

2. You must have 2 or 3 days of rest before drinking again.It''s better to drink alot in one day than to drink alittle every day. You must give a rest to the liver!!!

3. Never drink in an empty stomach!If you drink in an empty stomach the alcohol does not decompse, and your body absorbs the alcohol and you can get drunk every easily.If you don''t have time to have a meal before drinking, then you should at least have a glass of milk or a spoon of olive oil.(something that is not distractive to your stomach)

4. You must drink slowly.Taking shots is a very bad habit. Drinking fast can give a heart attack or a majore shock to your heart.

5. Eat alot of side dishes while your drinking.Alcohol has alot of calories but it''s not food, therefore it doesn''t give you any nutritions. In order to stabilize your body you must eat meat or vegetable for a side dish.

6. Never mix drinksWhen you mix drinks the components react with each other and make our body to absorb the alcohol. That''s why we get drunk easily when we drink cocktails.Also we must drink weak alcohol to strong ones, such as beer to vodka.

7. When drinking it''s good to sing or talk as much as you can. 10% of the alcohol is dissolved while breathing.

8. If you feel like throughing up, you must. Feeling like throughing up means that you''ve drunken more than you can digest. If you don''t, then it can block your throat and give you serious damage.

9. Don''t smoke while your drinking.Smoking is bad for the body any ways, but when you drink and smoke together, the body absorbs the nicotine easier and gives damage to the lungs and the liver.

10. Alcohol dissolution drinks should be only drank after drinking. If you take it before then it only make your drink more but if you take it later it helps you not to have a hang over.

11. You must drink alot of water and sweeten drinks after a hangover.Water and honey tea helps you to get over hangovers. However coffee makes it worse... and ofcourse alcohol.-_-;;;

12. Don''t have hot baths after drinking. If you take a hot bath after drinking your temperture drops suddenly and your energy gets wasted which can cause you to faint.
