bar tools, equipment hands on acknowledgement, basic training on frosting, cocktails, coffee making, teas, garnishing and basic shakes training

Standard operation of bar service, bar keep
(inventory operations), bitters and liqueurs, simple bar glass dressing, secondary training on cocktails and shooters and exclusive signature drinks



July 23, 2009 0900 – 1200

Overall Practical bar catering project
assignment. Class will perform a live role bar theme with customers



July 30, 2009 0900 – 1200

]Practical Preliminary Bar Examination as of
five (5) groups to engage in recreation of a bar daily operation.
