Ingredients:
3 oranges, peeled, white pith removed and cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 lb. garden salad
1 large red onion\raw, thinly sliced
1/4 cup black olives, drained and chopped
1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup fat-free Thousand Island dressing
1/2 cup cool herb croutons
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients, except dressing and croutons, in a salad bowl and toss to combine. Pour dressing over salad and toss before serving with croutons.
